About the Role

A Learning PRO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of professional training programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with instructors, learners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience from enrollment through course completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, classrooms, and online sessions.
  • Communicate with instructors and participants before and after each course.
  • Prepare training materials and attendance records.
  • Monitor course progress and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Generate reports on attendance, feedback, and course completion.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, administration, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
